| As a mod of this site, it is your job to set an example and enforce rules.
If someone breaks a rule, you are to refer to this guide and the ban table when dealing with this situation. Failure to enforce rules and carry out your duties correctly will result in three warnings and then a demotion.
1 - If someone breaks a rule, follow this order:
1. Screenshot the rule break and post it in the Reports forum along with the action taken (if any). 2. Use the ban table in order to decide on the action to be taken. If the stated action is a ban, fill out a form in the ban log section of the site following the format (shown below at (1) )
2 - A thread must only be edited if: -It violates the rules -It has bad spelling -It has incorrect information
3 - When editing for bad spelling and incorrect information, you should add [EDITED: BAD SPELLING] or [EDITED: INCORRECT INFO]
4 - When editing for a rule break, you should add:
[LINK BLOCKED: ADVERTISING] [WORD BLOCKED: RACISM]
etc.
5 - Remember to screenshot the uncensored text and place the screenshot in the reports forum. When posting evidence in public, YOU MUST NOT POST THE UNCENSORED SCREENSHOT. Instead, post a link to the thread in which the rule break occurred or post a screenshot of the censored text. This is mostly for Advertising rule breaks.
6 - Spam should be screenshotted, evidence posted in reports and then deleted. Likewise, VIP only content should be screenshotted, posted in the ADMIN AND VIP FORUM and then deleted. VIP info posted in public must be immediately reported to the leaders upon its discovery.
When you delete a post, you must not literally delete the post. Because if the post has something contrary to the rules, we need evidence. So instead, edit the post and put [TOPIC/POST DELETED, REASON:__________]
7 - Topics should only be moved if the topic is in the incorrect forum.
When you move a topic, you need to post this [TOPIC/POST EDITED, REASON:__________]
8 - Topics should only be locked if: -A fight/riot as been started. -Important information is being posted -Spamming is occurring.
9 - Do not abuse your powers. This includes: ;deleting, locking, moving, and editing topics/posts for any reason other than if it contains anything breaking the rules
@Members with access to the VIP, you can not leak ANY VIP content without permission from the leaders. If you do, you will get automatic demotion from all ranks that has VIP access.
@All moderators and admins, if anyone breaks a rule, you MUST screenshot evidence of what the violator did and turn in the evidence to the leaders. Then you can edit/delete/lock topics and posts. It will be considered power abuse if you use your powers without taking any screenshots of evidence of what the violator did.
10 - Threads which contain posts which have been created for the sole purpose of starting a fight/disrupting the forums should be immediately moved to the DEAD ZONE forum in VIP where they cannot cause a problem/anymore disruption and the member should be warned by PM. From now on, members which choose to complain and start fights in public will not be allowed to do so and will result in a longer or even permanent ban being issued. These members will be quietly deal with.
